Intro Workshop

The Art of effortless Thai Bodywork with Jiri (2 days)

5 + 6 September 2026
Hussenstr. 10, 78462 Konstanz
(Yogastudio, 2nd floor)

Breath, gravity, and a holistic understanding of our body’s mechanics form the foundation of an effortless massage, where the deeply relaxed state of the giver directly translates to the receiver. Therefore, we believe: the simplest tools are often the best.

What to expect?

Imagine the body being a map – one you can learn to read. As we listen, feel, and observe, we learn to locate where the body holds tension.

This introductory workshop offers a variety of truly unique Thai Massage techniques that are beneficial for both giver and receiver. Acknowledging the sacredness of our own well-being, we explore different ways of working with our body without causing strain.

During this two-day workshop you will practice how to:
– work on meridian lines to support the free flow of energy
– apply pressure effortlessly using your hands, arms, feet, and legs
– take good care of your own body as we bring awareness to breath and posture
– deepen your massage skills by incorporating intuition and precision

Saturday | 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Sunday | 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

This course will be held in English and German and is suitable for both beginners and advanced practicioners – no prior experience needed.
